AMG is elated to announce that the Go Forth Music Community has officially launched this week! Created by former Kevin Liles intern Alandis Brassel, this Go Forth Music is a community that provides advice, educational & career development resources, and support services to musicians and music industry entrepreneurs.
Educational Resources – Best Practices guides, an on-demand video training library, and a series of webinars geared toward the most popular apps and platforms available to musicians.
Practical Tools – Go Forth Music community members have access to various documents, templates, and other tools to guide them through their careers.
Specialized Support Services – Go Forth Music has been developing partnerships with service providers in areas ranging from legal services and strategic marketing to web development, mixing/mastering, and video direction. Members will have the option to work with a Go Forth Music project manager and build a team of professionals to help their projects come to fruition. In addition to our Service Provider Network, Go Forth Music community members will have access to our in-house services that cover areas like digital street teams, college promotions, and copyright filing.
Based out of New York, the Go Forth Music Community has launched its site and features a weekly newsletter as well as posts and articles useful to artists and others involved in the music industry, physical offices in Manhattan will open in October and the full site will be operational shortly.
ALANDIS BRASSEL: Founder of Go Forth Music Community and graduate of NYU’s Masters of Business program specializing in music and digital marketing strategies. Brassel interned for Kevin Liles former President of Def jam and current Vice President of Warner Music Group and worked as an A&R for Atlantic Records before moving on to work freelance for Bloomberg news and launching Go Forth Music Community.
